Testing for the FOUC Display Quirk

This page is intended to aid testing of proposed solutions to MS Internet Explorer's FOUC display quirk. Because this page and the page to test share no files, this page is a perfect place to delete IE's Temporary Internet Files. To successfully complete the test, please follow the steps below.

1. Delete your Temporary Internet Files. If you are not sure how to do this, Microsoft provides instructions.
2. After deleting your Temporary Internet Files, Click here to test whether the addition of a SCRIPT element to a document's HEAD prevents the flash of unstyled content phenomenon.
